LEGAL CONSULTATION
(60 minutes via phone Rate: $550)
In this session, we will provide you with business guidance and assess where your business is vulnerable to potential legal issues, liability, and provide next steps to put your business on the right legal path.
After this session, you will:
Know exactly where your business is vulnerable and which components of your legal foundation you need right now.
Have a strategic plan for what you need legally as you plan for your business's growth and expansion.
Have all your legal questions and concerns answered as it pertains to intellectual property, media, or business law.
VIP LEGAL STRATEGY SESSION
(90 minutes via phone or Video )
This is the perfect session if you want to grow a new line of revenue in your company, need a higher level of strategy for a more complex legal issue, or need to know how to use the law to secure or grow your current company model. We will work directly with you to create the best legal strategy for your business.

(Flat Rate per Agreement)
This is a perfect option If you have a contract you need reviewed or drafted, a legal matter you need addressed, need to register your intellectual property, or any other legal concerns. We are happy to provide you a quote per project or customized package for a set amount of projects. Just contact us and we are happy to discuss this option with you.
GENERAL COUNSEL RETAINER
(Flat monthly Rate)
If you are looking for consistent legal support for your company and you do not have in-house counsel, this model may be wonderful for your growing business. Our firm will work with your company and take care of all your legal needs every month, conduct monthly status meetings with you, and be readily available to answer all your questions. You would also receive VIP priority status on all your legal projects.
TRADITIONAL RETAINER
(Flat fee per project or Agreement)
If you would like to have legal support available when you need it, but you do not have monthly legal work, a traditional retainer may be the best option for you. Your upfront fee would retain our firm and when your legal projects arise, we would take care of them for you and invoice you a flat fee per project. We would deduct that amount from your legal retainer amount. This is a great option if you want to save on your flat fees (paying a retainer gives you a premium rate on all legal matters) and you would also receive VIP priority status on all your legal projects.
