LEGAL CONSULTATION

This consultation provides a focused legal evaluation of your business, identifies areas of potential legal exposure, and ensures your business is properly positioned to meet your strategic focus and goals. We will assess key aspects of your business structure, intellectual property, contracts, and overall legal framework, while also addressing any questions you may have. You will leave the session with clear insight into where your business may be vulnerable and a strategic understanding of the legal steps needed to strengthen, protect, and support the continued expansion of your business.
VIP PACKAGE
(One time Fee)
VIP Packages are designed for periods when a concentrated body of legal work must be completed within a defined timeframe—such as structuring a new venture, preparing for a major launch, producing a film or media project, or finalizing key agreements and intellectual property protections. This option allows you to secure dedicated legal support for a specific scope of work so that essential legal and structural matters are handled efficiently and with strategic oversight. Once the project is complete, you have the flexibility to move forward without an ongoing engagement until your next major milestone arises.
TRADITIONAL RETAINER
(Flat fee per project or Agreement)
A traditional retainer provides reserved access to legal counsel when matters arise, without the commitment of ongoing monthly work. By maintaining a retainer with the firm, you secure our availability to support your business as legal needs develop. When projects arise, they are handled on a flat-fee basis and applied against your retainer balance. Retainer clients also benefit from preferred pricing on legal services and priority status for consultations and legal projects, ensuring timely and reliable support whenever your business requires it.
GENERAL COUNSEL RETAINER
(Flat monthly Rate)
Our General Counsel retainer provides ongoing legal advisory support for your business, offering the benefit of experienced counsel without the need to maintain a full-time in-house legal team. Under this model, our firm works closely with you to manage and advise on your company’s legal matters, provide strategic guidance as your business evolves, and conduct regular checks to stay aligned with your priorities and initiatives. Retainer clients receive priority access for consultations, legal projects, and time-sensitive matters, ensuring that your business has consistent, responsive legal support as you grow and expand.
